In the case of an “error” during the flashing process, either due to your Wi-Fi signal, vehicle voltage, or another issue. The COMPORT PRO TUNING SUITE has a built-in recovery mode to help assist you and move forward from this situation.

RECOVERY MODE PROCEDURE

  1. Log into your account using your registered email address:

  2. The next window will pop up, click on MANUALLY ENTER VIN. Here you will enter your registered vehicle identification number (VIN)

  3. Now you will be at the main screen and have the ability to re-select your tune and flash your vehicle (smile)
